Zumba® Fitness – When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, we build a deep-rooted community among returning students.

BodyFIT – Get the results you want! Improve muscle tone, posture, balance and strength with this lightweight dumbbell and high repetition workout.

Toolbox Fitness – Conditioning class. Combine strength training and cardio. Full body workout.

Dancehall – Dancehall music is a type of Jamaican reggae, which developed around 1979. Dancehall moves are very energetic and consist of a lot of isolations, movement of the hips and total body movement. Class is choreography based just like Hip Hop. Instructor will work on a different fun choreography every week.

PiYo – PiYo is a fun, challenging class fusing Pilates and Yoga. You will burn calories, tone muscles, work on balance and get a great stretch! The class is a little different each time, but always a great workout! Bring a yoga mat.

POUND – Channel your inner performer & rock your body with this modern-day fusion movement and music. Using Ripstix™ – weighted drumsticks engineered for exercise – POUND transforms drumming into an effective full-body workout.

Salsa Dance Lessons – Salsa is a fun and energetic Latin dance that is popular world wide. At CM’s Fitness we combine LA and Cuban style. You will learn drills and combinations and how to shine on the dance floor. No partner needed.

Hip-Hop – Hip-hop dance refers to street dance styles primarily performed to hip-hop music or that have evolved as part of hip-hop culture. It includes a wide range of styles primarily breaking, locking, and popping which were created in the 1970s and made popular by dance crews in the United States. This is a choreography-based class where you will have fun learning a new routine in every class and get a great workout.
