Dance improves flexibility, coordination, balance, range of motion, stamina, muscle tone, strength, and posture. But physical fitness is just one of many benefits of dance that can enhance your child's life in so many ways... Children strengthen their cognitive abilities and memory skills through learning choreography.

Reservation for all classes is required.
Payments can either be done online or with cash in person.
FREE accessible PARKING and BATHROOMS.
What to bring:
Kid-safe Water bottle for all classes
Bring appropriate footwear for the class (meaning no outside footwear in order to keep our floors clean and safe.)
Shoes are mandatory for all classes (except yoga)
Wear comfortable clothes
Ballet class leotards (black or pink) ballet shoes and hair up in a bun
Flamenco classes black leotards, long flamenco skirts, and kids flamenco shoes

Dance Fusion
(ages 5-10)
Dance Fusion is a combination of rythms class kids will learn different choreo each class.
Zumba kids
(ages 4-10)
Zumba kids this class is dance and fitness format. Kids will follow simple repetitive choreography fun music Latin inspired and more. Games make it even more fun!
Flamenco
(ages 6-10)
Learn the beautiful art of Flamenco dance, music, and culture. Through this fun and exciting Spanish art form, students will learn discipline, coordination, problem-solving, musicality, and teamwork as they explore simple and complex rhythms, footwork, techniques, and isolations. The basic patterns, posture, and compás (rhythm) are incorporated into choreography and class work.
Ballet
(ages 3-5)
creative moves, intro to ballet. Class starts September 2nd 2021.
